Symbolist Gallery

Our symbolist work is a labor of love for Warren, that began in the fifth grade when he read Robert Graves translation of the Iliad and Sir Kenneth Clark’s collection of essays, The Nude.  It was then that the seed was planted for all the Symbolist work that followed in his later years.  While time has been scarce, we have somehow always managed to make room for these paintings.  However, text helping to give context to each of the projects has been rather hit-and-miss since easel time, rather than writing, is still the stronger magnet of the two.  Eventually though more explanation will be added to the back-story of each project.
